What you need

Miyuki Delica 11/0; size 12 beading needle; nylon beading thread; bead mat and scissors.

How to begin

1. Ladder the chart BOTTOM row (row 94), columns 1 to 76, left to right. Thread leaves bead 76 on the right. Build and read upward.
2. Pick up 2 beads. Pass under the end bridge, up through bead 2, down through bead 1, then up through bead 2.
3. Add 1 bead per remaining bridge; pass up through each new bead. Reverse direction each row.
4. Alternate the half-bead overhang from side to side. Keep all chart border beads; do not trim or omit them.
